Role of B-School

1. Filling the online Consent Form with the requisite details about the institute and its recognised PG Programmes. Please attach copy of supporting document from approving authority/affiliating university. 
   
2. Preparing B-School's notification material for MAT Bulletin, which will be informative to the aspiring candidates. The notification should mandatoriliy contain the following information:
   • Programme: MBA, PGDM, etc. 
   • Admission Screening Basis: MAT Score 
   • Approving Authroity: AICTE, University etc. 
   • Approved Mode of Teaching: Full Time, Part Time, Correspondence/Distance Learning etc.
     
3. Providing the CD of all the pages of the notification of the institute for inclusion in the bulletin. The page size is 21 cm x 28 cm. The preferred format is CMYK 300dpi in EPS, corelDraw or PageMaker. Hower, PDF, JPG or MSWord is also acceptable. The hard copies of the notification matter should also be sent.
   
4. Make the set of the following documents:

• Print out of the filled online MAT Consent Form with auto-generated Registration No. duly signed and stamped.
• On the back of Demand Draft please fill the following details

                                                               i.      Institute/University Name

                                                             ii.      Auto-generated Registration Number

• Copy of supporting document as to recognised PG Programme from approving authority/affiliating university.

• Demand Draft of amount as applicable in favour of All India Management Association - CMS payable at New Delhi.
• Copy of notification in Hard Copy, CD & Positives of all the pages of the notification.

5. Furnishing guidance in the institute's admission documents and the advertisements to the candidates to appear in Management Aptitute Test (MAT) being conducted by All India Management Association. The annotation may read as:"The candidates have to appear in Management Aptitute Test (MAT). MAT Bulletin with Form may be obtained by sending DD for Rs.790/- drawn in favour of All India Management Association - CMS payable at New Delhi to Manager-CMS, All India Management Association, 14, Institutional Area, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003.
   

6. Ensuring that the results provided by AIMA containing the database of the candiates are used solely for the purpose of facilitating the admission of the candidates to the institute's programmes only.
